Update:: YouTube Channel + Hello Fresh Demo Link

Be Well is transitioning to the YouTube world! It is way out of my comfort zone, but as someone who is not much of a reader anyway--and who is very much a talker-- it seems like an appropriate change.

I do really love writing and since starting a blog in 2009, I have enjoyed documenting the different seasons, but writing a blog doesn't bring the same joy it used to. I also don't dedicate the time or resources to building a brand from a blog like so many other wonderful bloggers out there do.  When I got married, I quickly learned that blogging every day after work took time away from my husband, so it became a little more of a (non-paying) job than a fun hobby. Don't get me wrong, YouTube surprisingly takes a lot of time too, but for now, seems a better (faster) way to use my time.

If you have been a reader, thank you so much! If you want to join me on YouTube, I would love to see you over there! Right now, I am having a lot of fun making videos and editing them! I hope you will join in the fun and tell me what you want to see!

Check out our Hello Fresh Demo here and subscribe to my channel!

EatDrinkBeWell will still be live for a while if you want to read some older posts, but new blog type ideas will be in video format and I have some fun stuff planned! Nutrition In Real Life is the basis of our YouTube channel and the goal is to help connect Nutrition Science with Real World Eating.

I have also started a Corporate Wellness company dedicated to the same--making nutrition work in real life. You can learn more about that at and feel free to share with your company!

So, as you can tell, written blog has taken a back seat in my life. It's so hard to stop doing something I started 8 years ago! But, when seasons change, something must go in order to make room for what the new season may bring. Think Christmas season, the tree takes up space, if we move into a new season without taking down that tree, we just add clutter to the new season. Instead, we take down the tree to make clean room for the new season coming up! That's what taking Be Well down means for me. Taking away something, to allow space in my life for something better that God has in store.

Won't you join me? Is there something that was meaningful in the last season of your life that you need to get rid of in order to make room for a new thing in a new season? Jump on YouTube and tell me about it!

Be Well,
