Video Recipe: Buffalo Cauliflower

In September, I went to a camp teaching kids how to transition into the adult world. Naturally, in the initial meeting process, I immediately wanted to incorporate food! I mean, these guys need to learn how to transition into making their own meals too, right?

These kids were awesome! They divided into teams and each team was given a recipe. I started small and now know that these guys could have handled more complicated recipes.

I absolutely love the chaos that comes with a kitchen. I have been a cook, a waitress, helped with catering,  helped with my dad's restaurant, and had some food prep classes all starting at the age of 13 so being in the kitchen is the place I feel the most comfortable. What I wasn't comfortable about is the fact that these kids may laugh me out of that kitchen when they see cauliflower. But, when I heard them say "wow! I didn't know I liked cauliflower" all of a sudden, I was back in my happy place!
