Healthy Eats: Key Lime Pops

I refuse to admit summer is almost over. In my seasonal denial, I resorted to drowning my sorrows in popsicles.

I put some avocado and key lime flavors together, froze them, and headed out for an evening of art and friends {read: people to try my creation}. The delicious combo of lime and avocado, filled with good fats, protein, and vitamins, was a hit!


Key Lime Pops

Ingredients:
  • 1 container Greek Key Lime Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 avocado

Directions:
  1. Using a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. 
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 2 hours. 
Enjoy your healthy treat for a snack, dessert, or a breakfast on the go--I may have done that once or twice!
