Mango Protein Shake Recipe

In need of a quick, delicious breakfast with a refreshing twist and a protein punch? This mango smoothie is a summery go-to of mine! I am in love with Trader Joe's deal on frozen mangoes and I stock my freezer with them each trip. Frozen mango also makes a perfect afternoon snack!

Add more or less water to your liking but be sure you have a good blender!
Nutrition: 240 calories; 28g Carb, 27g protein, 2g fat, 2g fiber, 150mg sodium

Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients (8 ounces)

1 cup frozen mango
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup water or coconut milk

Blend all ingredients well and enjoy!
