Daily Dish

Post workout breakfast: coconut Chobani (my fave!) with a handful of walnuts.

Lunch: Great Value Greek yogurt +
Salad with chopped cucumber, tomato, mozzarella cheese,
and bell pepper with Olive Garden dressing mix (1/2 OG dressing, 1/2 red wine vinegar). Side note: my veggies were too chopped but I used the ninja to chop them and came out with somewhat of a veggie salsa... I think I'll dice by hand next time.

I was super hungry today so my PB and banana snack didn't make it past 2:45pm which means by 5pm I needed something else so I settled for a handful of almonds. 

I met J.T. in Jasper to register at Belk only to find out their machine was down and we couldn't start a wedding registry. 
So, we did what most people do in the hour of disappointment and went to eat. Jim N Nick's salad with turkey. I also had a cheese biscuit and I wanted 2, but I knew if I ate 2 I'd have to confess my sins here so I refrained... See, accountability!

Here's to re-trying that whole registry thing later this week.
