Just Walk it Off

How many of you have Facebook friends that post only about their running? How long they ran, how fast they ran that distance, their new socks, shoes, and everything else that makes them a cool runner. I do, and to be honest, I was one of them at one time, and secretly hope to be that person again one day. But sometimes life just happens; you lose the desire to hit the pavement and sweat your face off, and then you find yourself 10, 20, 50 pounds heavier. Yikes! Yep, speaking from experience, people! What's a great way to get back in the swing of things without feeling like a failure when your distance or pace doesn't match up with what it used to be: WALKING! I know, I know, it sounds boring, and not as good as running, but listen here, there are fantastic benefits to walking, or just moving more in general. I found this cool thing on Pinterest (we all are addicted, just admit it), and I wanted to share it with our readers!
